These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kwikzy, a software-as-a-service product owned and operated by SWIFTGEN INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED(“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing or using Kwikzy, creating an account, or connecting third-party services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Use of the Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Kwikzy. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Kwikzy only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

• Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Do not upload malicious code or harmful software
• Do not violate intellectual property rights
• Do not abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Do not misuse platform APIs or bypass restrictions

Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected third-party accounts complies with their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

Third-Party Platform Integrations

Kwikzy allows you to connect third-party platforms such as Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to analyze content, generate insights, and publish content on your behalf.

By connecting these services, you authorize Kwikzy to access and process data as permitted by the respective APIs. You may revoke access at any time from your account or platform settings.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

All rights, title, and interest in Kwikzy, including software, designs, logos, and content (excluding user content), are owned by the Company or its licensors.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading or publishing content through Kwikzy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute your content solely to provide the Services.

Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Kwikzy may offer paid plans or subscriptions. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. No cancellations or refunds are entertained once payment is completed.

Digital Delivery

Kwikzy provides digital services only. Access to features is granted immediately or within a short processing window after payment confirmation. No physical shipping is involved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kwikzy at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kwikzy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
